The exam is a computer-based test that consists of 160 multiple-choice questions. Candidates have 3 hours to complete the exam. The questions on the exam cover various respiratory therapy topics, including;
*All correspondence outside of schedule hours relating to studying aka questions, statement, evaluation or confusions that are sent to Email, private message (PM), direct message (DM), text message, or voicemail will be forwarded to the study group for their collaborative assistance (I am not responding outside of schedule)
*ACE RESPIRATORY is a study group, This is NOT a professional tutoring service.
*Individual results will vary. There are no guarantees or money back. Results are based solely on individual efforts.

TERMINATION
We may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site or the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate members access to the Site or the Services if we believe members are in breach of these Terms or applicable law, members are a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights, or for any other reason without notice or liability, no refund will be issued.

(a) Members are solely responsible for all computer hardware and other equipment and all fees for services (such as internet service and wireless services) required for access and use of our on-line Services.
(b) To use the Services, members will need to fully complete the application on the Site, pay any applicable fees, and log on during the sessions days/times scheduled. Members agree to provide accurate information about themselves. If we believe that such information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member's account and refuse any and all use of the Services, No refund will be provided. In cases where members have authorized or registered another individual, including a minor, to use members' accounts, members are fully responsible for (i) the online conduct of such a user; (ii) controlling the user's access to and use of the Services; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse. In the event that members permit a minor to use a members account, we reserve the right to provide access to members account and all information contained therein to such minor's parents, guardians or other authorized adults, including, but not limited to, authorized school representatives. members may not use any means to circumvent our access, registration, or payment systems. members may not continue to use the Site or any Services after we have terminated or suspended members access to the Site or the Services.
c) For any academic source materials such as those from textbooks and workbooks which members submit to us in connection with the Services, members represent and warrant that members are entitled to upload such materials under the “fair use” doctrine of copyright law. In addition, if members request that our system display a representation of a page or problem from a textbook or workbook, members represent and warrant that members are in proper legal possession of such textbook or workbook and that members instruction to our system to display a page or problem from members textbook or workbook is made for the sole purpose of facilitating members instructional session, as “fair use” under copyright law.
(d) Members agree that we may record and produce transcripts of all or any part of any live online sessions and online tutoring and meeting sessions (including voice chat communications and videos) for quality control, for the professional development of tutors, instructors, or counselors, to improve our products and services, to share with third parties (on a de-identified basis) for research purposes, and to use and share in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to review the live online sessions and online tutoring and meeting sessions for any purpose. members agree that we own all transcripts and recordings of such live online sessions and online tutoring and meeting sessions, and members hereby irrevocably assign to us all rights in all such transcripts and recordings.
